i don’t have a good title for this post. i’m open for suggestions.
- I am happy it’s Friday
- I’ve been doing a ton of work work and freelance work this week
- This is a true cat and animal lover
- Dairy Queen Banana Cream Pie Blizzards taste a lot like actual Max & Erma’s Banana Cream Pie
- This made me laugh and cry with emotion
- I’m seeing my friend Christa, who I haven’t seen in years as she gets married this Saturday – I’ll be traveling down to Buffalo with my Michelle! I’ll never forget our late..late… LATE nights stressing and eating in the graphic design lab, mounting projects to foam core and trying to figure out what our teachers wanted from us…
- The three huge tradeshows are starting to wrap down
- I am trying to secure as much freelance work as possible right now so if anyone has a project, contact me! Design, web, logos, photography, brochures, etc….
- Watching some items on ebay – does anyone else find ebay quite addictive?
- This is Our God is a great new worship cd from Hillsongs, particularly Desert Song. Despite the terrible news (or good news, depending on how you look at it) surrounding the song Healer, even though I feel really weird when I listen to it, I’m still enjoying the album
- Also, I almost peed myself when I saw this. It has some Misty Edwards tunes, some Brian Johnson (from Bethel, Kim Walker’s home church), and other various awesome-ness. It is now downloaded and I can’t wait to experience it. Oh man… ah!!!! Why is it when the Jesus Culture band does a song, I suddenly love it? As Nancy Clark said, they have a way of making the songs come alive. And…I wish I was the designer for Jesus Culture. It’s awesome.
have a great labor day weekend everyone!!

have fun at the wedding!
i just found out about the Healer scandal… the lyrics are just as relevant to the songwriter now as they were when he faked sickness.

Hi Rachel,
Hope you have a great time in Buffalo. I will always have fond memories of that city. Of course I was there in the summertime!
I interned in the photo department of the Buffalo News. My classes start Tuesday, busy writing on wedding photography.
